Granite caves are generally wide open caverns dotted with occasional ledges though their shape may vary due to the presence of overlapping cave systems. The granite golem is a hostile enemy seen in a granite biome in hardmode and pre hardmode underground granite sub biome. It is quite strong compared to other pre hardmode underground monsters and has a special ability to become invincible for a few seconds.
